Lower-Sodium Brown Bag Lunch ideas?

I take my lunch with me every day to work, but what I am taking is low in calories but always consumes almost my entire day's allowance for sodium. The majority of my sodium comes from a pita pocket, lunch meat (turkey), fat free Italian dressing, and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. I think the amount of sodium (I'm always over by over 1,000 mg!) is keeping me from losing...any other ideas to take for lunch? I do have access to a fridge and microwave. Thanks for any help!
