Hey! New to using MFP even though I signed up a while ago. I had my 2nd baby 9mo's ago, and i'm finally regaining some normalcy to my life. I haven't lost really any of my baby weight, and I was already overweight before adding that weight on. I am trying to do this the healthy way and make it my life style instead of a diet. It's so hard for me to stick to it, though, once i reach a point where i'm "comfortable". I have been making small changes to my life each week so far this year, and adding to it. Short term goal is 20+lbs by April 11 (1 year birthday for my son), and long term I would like to lose 60-70lbs. Any tips, advice, motivation would be great. I am a carb FREAK, so any recipes/tips on how to eat yummy carbs in a healthy matter would be super appreciated! and Friends! i love seeing all of these success stories, and it's really helping me motivate myself.
Thanks!!
Thanks!!
