Hi, Just wanted to introduce myself, just starting on this weight loss journey. Had a baby a year and half ago, and am READY to lose the weight, starting out at 179 lbs, Goal is 130 for now. I lost 40 pounds about 3 years ago, but then put it back on with the baby and over time. I eat pretty well, but I'm counting calories now, going to start 30day shred tomorrow, and hoping to get back to the gym. I see lots of inspiration here- Just looking for motivation!
