Anyone taaking vitamins or natural herbs or protien shakes.....What do you use?? Does it really work???

    I take Wellman and a seperate Vitamin D supplement (living in not-so-sunny London), and top up my protein with protein shakes when I'm low. I seem to be more resilient to illness and I find it a bit easier to get out of bed, but who knows? :P

    I hear that! I hate getting up in the mornings i just want to lay around :P
