I am so sore

From Kickboxing Sunday, Zumba yeserday and Body Pump today my legs are so sore I can barely walk. I know it's a good sore, but sore none the less.

    Best thing for you is to get some blood moving in those muscles.
    Best way to do that is to exercise again.

    Have to be able to clear the bad stuff out (Soreness) and add the good stuff in (Nutrition)

    It may not be the "good" sore.
    You do not need to be sore to have gotten a good workout.
    Doing workouts 3 days in a row like that is generally not a good idea. You need a day to recover and day 2 and 3 returns diminish and increase chance of injury.
