Whats a good Pre-Workout Snack?

I have to work out in evening as that's all my schedule will allow. When I get home I don't want to eat a full meal before heading out to gym. So I'm completely stumped on what to eat that will provide energy for my workout but also fulfilling and not make me feel sick. My evening workouts are always cardio - spin class, bootcamp or elliptical. Does anyone have any suggestions?
p.s. please friend me if you'd like! I've been on here about a week and no friends yet I've really enjoyed reading and posting on the message boards. Thanks!!

You want something easily digestible with carbs.
banana, bagel with peanut butter, granolla bar, a had full of trail mix, energy gu, a glass of orange juice, a few crackers ...
Eat it about 1-2 hours before your workout to alllow time for digestion (avoids side cramps)
IF you are working out for less than an hour I would not worry about specifically eating for energy, only eat if you are hungry.0 -
I either go for a banana or Luna bar0
