Low Carb Houston Chicken

This is one of my favorite lower carb meals.

Take boneless, skinless chicken breast and cook (i like to boil mine first in seasonings, then grill so they don't dry out)
Once done grilling or cooking, add your favorite bbq sauce (watch the carbs) or make your own lc bbq sauce
Then put cooked bacon slices on top
Add your favorite cheeses (I like to use chedder--goes best with bbq)
Bake at 350 until cheese in melted.

My husband eats this on buns, but I like it plain with a side salad.
