Close to goal

For those of you who are close to your weightloss goal or have actually hit it, what are your tips for doing some final toning up? I would honestly be good at the weight I am at at this point in time, but toning def needs to be done.....Any suggestions?

Btw, my main focus needs to be on the lower half of my body....tummy, behind, thighs (arms and calfs are good to go!)

    I lost all the weight (and then some) , now I am going on the third month with a Personal Trainer. I am loving the results!
