finally getting serious

Hi everyone...I joined last May and tried to stay motivated (didn't happen). But I am 45 now and looking more like my father every day. So I feel like I need to break out of my rut, lose about 20 pounds, and get in better cardio shape. I coach soccer (little kids and a high school girls' team), so I would like to present a healthy example to them as well.
