Hi, I was successful with MFP, 30DS and walking before, lost 38 total pounds, then took a nose dive when i developed severe rhabdomylosis from a spin class... was on a no exercise or unnecessary exertion restriction for about 2 months. It took me two more months to get my motivation back... so here i am again
