Semi Yo-yoing

Hello there,

I have a reoccurring issue and am looking for a little motivation/support. I reached my goal weight last month, but now it seems that I'm on an unhealthy cycle of regaining and re-losing between 5-7 pounds every 2 weeks. I KNOW that this can't possibly be easy/good for my body and was wondering how to stay motivated.... I don't want to keep losing weight past my goal, but I can't seem to find a healthy balance or maintenance.
