Paleo Diet

Anyone else doing this? I am doing a "modified" version of this diet. Lots of lean protein, vegetables and fruits.
I add a little bit of dairy to some of my days...:flowerforyou:

  • Love Paleo(ish) eating... I eat lots of lean meats, veggies, fruits and nuts. Dairy sometimes...I try not to overthink things or freak out if I can't buy organic or something like that. I just do the best I can with what I have. Good luck!
  • I am going to attend a paleo couse, so it will be interesting. Does it work. Do you feel better jessie rose?

    My brother is doing it currently, and lost 9 lbs in one week eating whatever he wanted to Paleo standards. I am also going to try I modified form of it, but he advised me to avoid dairy foods just as a key to weight loss. So hard because I love cheese, but seeing how much fat is in it, I understand to avoid it!

    I've been starting to incorporate more paleo foods into my day and cut back on the grains and dairy. I've never really felt great when I eat dairy (slight intolerance of it), so it's definitely been helpful to start cutting it out.
