I just read this article and thought I'd share it on here. I knew kids' cereal wasn't great but I didn't realize it was THIS bad!

It discusses just how much sugar is in some kids' cereal, and names the bottom 10 (ranked by percent weight in sugar). It also names some good alternate options, some of which sound so awesome I'm going to try to find them the next time I go grocery shopping...

    Yea, a lot of them are pretty much sugar in a box. Well sugar in a box might actually be better for you :P
