Okay, so I've discovered these Pita Bread's at Walmart. Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran, and Whole Wheat Pita Bread. They are in the bakery section by the bread that walmart bakes. ANywhoooo....I've been eating all kinds of food with them instead of bread. Only 60 cals, 2 grams of fat, 8 carbs, 4 fiber, and 6 protein! I decided to try a make a pizza and it came out so delicious!

1 Joseph's Pita
4 TBL Salsa
1/3 cup finely shredded italian blend/mozzerella cheese

bake on a cookie sheet at 375 for 8-10 minutes AND VOILA!

I did take a picture but I'm not sure how to attach it.

thanks for describing where to find pitas in walmart. i can never find them and never thought to look in the bakery. i will definitely be looking for them when i go shopping next. i agree, you can put so many different things onto a pita and it turns out great. you can even make "mexican pizzas". don't know the calorie count since i haven't made them lately. put some seasoned ground turkey, FF refried beans, shredded cheese and bake (probably like 350 or 375 degrees for about 10 mins). then top with whatever toppings you like. really good!
