I'm a 21 year old college / university student. I have always battled with my weight, fluctuating between 60kg and high 60's. I'm only short at 158 centimeters.

I like to exercise but my vice is food.

Do you have any tips for staying motivated?

At the moment I have hit rock bottom in terms of how I view myself and I just want it to change! I am about 67 kilos.

Keep moving. Even if you go for a 10 minute walk to start with. It helps.

Moderation is the key, not denial :)

Your motivation has to come from within - think how much more awesome you'll feel if you get rid of any uneccesary weight :drinker:
