how would you get rid of water weight?? i heard that getting rid of excess water can help lose weight ?

Any excess water weight will come off naturally with a healthy diet and exercise. It will still fluctuate from time to time, because that's just the way our bodies work.0

Just make sure you aren't eating excess sodium which makes you retain water. Otherwise it is just a natural feature0

mine went down loads after going wheat free, even daily and monthly fluctuations are much less.0
