Turbo Fire, did it work for you?

I've just started Turbo Fire. Just wondering for those who have done it, how much weight did you lose, and were you eating your exercise calories back from it.

    I did it for 60 days, then incorporated some of the dvds into other programs. I'm now just using the HIITs with my strength training.

    Not sure what you're asking about when you say, "Did it work for you?" I lost weight, but not as much as I probably would have had I been fueling my body properly and using the resistance training dvds more often. It is intense cardio, so I encourage you to think about increasing calories and making your deficit smaller, as well as eating your exercise calories. Other than that, it's a fantastic program and super fun.

    I lost 12 pounds. I did the 12 week program in 16 weeks. I tried for about 1800 base calories (but often went over) and yes, I did eat my exercise calories so I was eating between 2000 and 2500 calories.

    I don't weigh myself till the end of the month but I have already lost inches in one week. I'm finishing week 3 right now and I can tell you its great! I love it and it's alot like insanity just not as hard so I'm able to keep up more
