just starting out again

Hello! My name is Catherine. I'm 32 years old and I have eight children. All ages 8 and under, lol. I started losing weight in November of 2010. Within 6 weeks I had lost 30lbs. Then I got pregnant. Spent all of 2011 on bed rest due to a very high risk pregnancy. My son is now 4 months old and I was just given the green light to start exercising again.

I'm struggling right now. I'm doing great with the exercise part so far and probably a little too well. I've had days where I've burned more calories through exercise than I've actually eaten. I'm working on getting in a better routine for food intake and exercise so that I do it safely.

In 2010 I weighed in at 230 pounds. I'm now at 170. I'd like to lose at least 30 more pounds. After that I just want to be really toned and fit. I'm in need of some mfp friends to help motivate me and keep me in check with my food and exercise goals. Please add me. I've made my diary viewable to my friends so I can have some input. :-))
