Hi my name is Miranda & im just starting my lifestyle change. I recently had a baby boy who is 8 months old. I desperately need to lose over 100lbs to regain a healthy life so i can be around a long time for my son. Losing over a 100lbs seems nearly impossible but I cant let the big # scare me because i HAVE to do it!!! All support is appreciated!!

    Hi im Lisa and have just started MFP aswell you have made the biggest step by joining so good luck on you journey, i too have a big # to lose about 80 lbs, but with the help and support of MFP and our families i think no scratch that i know we will do it xx
