Should you be eating back the fat you burn?

When you exercise I know you burn calories and fat. My question is If you're suppose to eat your calories back should you be increasing your fat intake as well?

Eat fat, burn fat..............a higher fat and protein, lower carb lifestyle is what works for me.

Thanks! I'll try my best to stay under my fat intake then. It bugs me when I go over a few grams, but so far I thought it would be okay since I'm burning fat when I jog.
