When you exercise I know you burn calories and fat. My question is If you're suppose to eat your calories back should you be increasing your fat intake as well?

Thanks! I'll try my best to stay under my fat intake then. It bugs me when I go over a few grams, but so far I thought it would be okay since I'm burning fat when I jog.0
