where do i measure?

i bought a measuring tape today cause it says you should take your measurements for before/after comparison on 30 day shred. so where do i measure? like my stomach and thighs?

    anywhere you want to see a difference! :)
    I go for:
    Each thigh (at the widest point)
    Hips
    Waist (at the thinnest point - somewhere around an inch above the belly button)
    Ribs
    Bust

    I've seen others measuring forearms, upper arms, wrists, calves etc but I've not found that necessary. As I say, just anywhere you want to moniter :)

    thanks i'll try your measurement categories cause i just want to see if anything changes while i do it- i don't have a specific area i am tracking.

    I include my neck, wrist, upper arm (bicep). I know others that include their forearm, ankle, tummy (as well as waist) & knee. :smile:
