where do i measure?

i bought a measuring tape today cause it says you should take your measurements for before/after comparison on 30 day shred. so where do i measure? like my stomach and thighs?

anywhere you want to see a difference!
I go for:
Each thigh (at the widest point)
Hips
Waist (at the thinnest point - somewhere around an inch above the belly button)
Ribs
Bust
I've seen others measuring forearms, upper arms, wrists, calves etc but I've not found that necessary. As I say, just anywhere you want to moniter0 -

I include my neck, wrist, upper arm (bicep). I know others that include their forearm, ankle, tummy (as well as waist) & knee.0
