Hi, I'm a 34 year old mother of three. I just recently exceded my highest non-pregnant weight and am now trying to lose about 30 pounds, but have made my 1st goal a realistic 12 week goal of about 20 lbs.
I have been to weight watchers after my 2nd child and was down to 145; however, since having my 3rd I haven't really had the motivation. After seeing me passing 180, I knew I had to change now before things really get out of control.
This time around I am still following weight watchers, but don't want to spend the money on meetings...that's where you come in!
I know that support was the main factor in my weight loss the last time and I know I can do it again with a little help.
