need help

I have been on my fitness pal for three weeks. Following calories well under expected average and lots of exercise. I have more than 30 pounds to lose and have lost zero. What am I doing wrong? Myfamily have 5- 8 pounds each. Verythematosus frustrated!

    If you are way under your cal goals, you could be working out too much and not eating enough. Being too far under will make you not lose weight because you will go into hibernation mode and burn off muscle mass not the fat. Try to make sure you close out your day with healthy eating and staying within about 100-200 of your cal goals. That might help and make sure you drink plenty of water and take a day or 1 off from working out to let your body recover.
