Mine.. Well, I think way too much about food. It's ALWAYS on my mind. Especially the yummy food. The sugary, fatty good food.
I have no control over myself. None what-so-ever. Many times I can't help it and I just eat and eat and eat :sad: . It totally puts everything that I have worked for down the drain. It makes me feel like crap after, but it was so worth it.
How do I stop!? I want to lose at least 2 more pounds. But I keep losing track and gaining. :frown:
What do I do?
