Getting married??

2.5 years ago I got down to my goal weight of 125. When? Right before I got married of course. I used Women's Health: The Wedding Workout DVD. It was AMAZING! The DVD let's you pick your style dress....and has workouts to help you tone certain areas of your body to look amazing. For example....my dress was a strapless...so I did more upper body workouts.....abs....and cardio of course. The DVD really works and helps motivate you for your special day!!!

Just thought I'd give some advise for the big day! It can be done!!! :)
