Hey everyone!

I was wondering how far into their calorie tracking did everyone start seeing results? This is my third full day on the program and I haven't lost even a pound let so I'm getting a little discouraged. Anyone else feel this way in the beginning?

i have not really seen a different on the scale but i have felt a different and visually see my body is changing it does take time if losing weight was fast and easy no one would be on there ...... good luck and i hope this helps ...... oh also take measurements thats another way i see a different
  • Of course! I could never see progress on myself and I lost nearly 30 pounds since my heaviest. The only way I knew my dieting was working was through my clothes. My belts would get looser and I'd have to buckle them on the next hole! I could also tell in photos of myself. But looking at myself in a mirror, I couldn't tell at all. Don't lose hope! :)

My first week was incredibly productive; I pushed for more intensive exercises to get the daily exercise calories down before the minutes were up, and on day 7 (today) I've noticed that my face has thinned a bit.

Don't get discouraged. I recently just got back on this sight, but before that I had still lost a good amount of weight. I don't notice it. But people I haven't seen in a while certainly do. It's not an over night thing, but if you keep up with it you'll start to see results.

Try drinking more water as well, you usually loose water instead of fat initially anyway.
