Body By Jake really works?

I was wondering does the Body By Jake really work? I have one but I'm skeptical that doing 7 minutes a day on this thing will get you ripped. Does anyone else have this?

    had a firm flex from body by jake about 10 years ago. loved it. it was easy and not much too it but worked if you used it everyday. wish i still had it
