i love smoothies, just never know what to put in them
thanks !0 -
My current recipe
A carton of strawberries
A carton of respberries
2 peaches (not peeled)
2 bannanas
and just enough OJ for it to blend togather. I used around 3 table spoons
Then seperate the mix into individual plastic bags and freeze. I eat a smoothie for breakfast in the morning so I take out a baggie the night before and let if thaw. In the morning I mix it with OJ to delute it (I do not advise drinking the mixture with out deluting it because you will end up on the tolet). This process allows me to keep a good fruit mixture around without having to worry about it going bad!0 -
banana's
any frozen fruit -usually two or three of the following -blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, raspberries, mango, peach (If I have fresh fruit I will use it but I always make sure I have frozen.)
Either OJ or Apple juice
Ice
I usually make enough for me and the kids.0 -

I love mine!
1/2 banana
1/2 cup pineapple
1 c spinach
1 c light vanilla soy milk
I usually freeze the banana. Just mix it all together and blend! I promise you do not taste the spinach! I use this in the mornings or after morning workouts. Plus, it is 3 servings of your fruit n veggies in one!0 -
