G'day from Australia :O)
I am in my mid 20's (female) trying to lose 20KG by this year!! I have always started new health phases but never lasted more than a month, the most I had lost was 10kg but this was close to 10years ago now so can only look forward, not back!!
I am hoping there are fellow peeps in my same situation , wanting to loose 10-20kg over 2012, and is recommended by MFP to have 1200-1400 calories a day ...
My recommended weight loss a week is 1pound which is just under .5KG after a month or two I am planning to increase this to 1.5pounds (just under a KG) and decrease my daily intake to 1200... We will see how I go....
Thanks for any encouragement to keep consistent and much love on your healthy journey, it's gonna be worth it !!!

Recommend combining a MFP approved eating ratio but combine it with exercise...you will lose weight faster..and more naturally instead of just eating less. It s working for me.:drinker:0
