Hi all,
I'm a 19-year old college student looking to bounce back from the freshman 15. So far, I've lost a couple pounds, but I'm going on vacation on March 3rd and would really love to see some significant progress by then! I'm pretty good about exercising, but food is my downfall. My lifestyle is the definition of emotional eating, and I'm really trying to work on it, but it just takes so much concentration and constant effort, that I think the taking advantage of the community aspect of MFP will really help me keep myself in control. Is there anyone else out there looking for a similar support system? Please feel free to send me a message with a little bit about yourself, and add me as a friend if you're looking for a supporting partner!

Hi!
I am trying to lose weight for more than 2 years but failing every time so badly that I have ended up over-weighed which I was never though I wanted to be better. I am badly in need of support as this is highly depressing and I just cant take it when I take a snap n look at myself.

Hi! Im Catie. I am a 35 year old mom obsessed with diet and fitness, but can't manage to lose weight! So frustrating. It is always nice to have people to motivate you! I know of some awesome quick workouts that will fit into your school sched. Go to body rock.tv. They are sooooo fun!0
