STUCK

Have been losing weight consistently since November but the losses have been slowing down and have not come to a complete stop.

Based on posts that I have read it looks like I need to eat more to compensate for my increased activity. However I am having a hard time getting those extra calories in (and not feeling like I am cheating) and I am not that hungry (after years of being really hungry).

We all know that this is a marathon and not a sprint but it is not fun to weigh in and not see the needle move.

Thoughts?

    What about increasing activity?
What about eating calorie dense food.'
There is always a way.

I feel your pain. I was losing consistently until September. I lost 70 pound between February and then...and only about 10 pounds since then. I just keep plugging along because eventually the scale has to move...or at least I keep hoping.
I don't have much advice other than to not give up!

    Thanks for the thoughts...

Currently on a bike 4-5 days a week. Working on increasing the intensity. Calorie dense foods "scare me" I think that is how I gained weight to begin with.

And I agree, not giving up... just stuck
