Has anyone tried Visalus?

I am contemplating trying the Shape Up kit by Visalus. Ive been skeptical but frustration is forcing my hand...and *kitten* lol I want to know the good, the bad and the ugly. If you sell the stuff...I don't want to hear from you.

Please help :)
