    Okay-I know this thread is fun...but I'm here to defend the guys who post in beer guts- the whole idea of this website is progress.. users should post whatever motivates them- even if it is not terribly attractive to others-- whatever helps get em going--if it is a smaller beer gut than before-- post away--- I am not where I want to be- and I don't look like most of the other shirtless guys in this thread-- at least not YET-- but I will- and then I will post an upated pic. Okay-- and back to the fun-- all women should post topless as well...errr, for their motivation (lol).

    I agree with that to a point. I'm not sure the best place to put a shirtless pick if you're not in shape yet is as you main pic. If you have them on your profile so people can see them or post them in the progress forum, that seems better, IMO.

    I say if you got it flaunt it!! I've worked damn hard to get where I am and if I have to cover my bewbs so be it. But I want to show off my hard earned abs. I do have a topless pic in my profile (It's a lot like Zip's. By a lot I mean it's my back, which does NOT look like Zip's Holy Muscles man!!!) :noway:

    I don't really think there has ever been a problem with men taking their tops off, it's not a sexual thing, it's just what us men do.
    As soon as I'm ready to, I'll be posting my progress pics in the forum.

    BUT, I do have to say some lads who are 'built' with 15 pictures in different poses does my head in. Got to keep some element of mystique.
