I'm not new to mfp, but I am new to C25K and looking for buddies who either are starting or have completed and would be good cheerleaders! I started on 1/2/11, but had to take a week off because I killed myself not wearing the right shoes, so I started again yesterday and was amazed that it didn't feel like I was starting over. BTW I have correct shoes now!
