I have been having a hard time on the scale lately. Probably because I like lifting so much and the weight has not been coming off because I have been building muscle. It was getting a little frustrating I was contemplating just skipping lifting for a while. I knew I was losing some inches as last week I had to pull out some old thinner pants. Well today while going through storage I pulled out some pants I was going to try on in couple of weeks when I lost some more inches. I tried them on tonight and they fit great, no sucking in no nothing they fit just right. AWESOME!! However, I am getting to a point where I am running out of clothes to down size to. I may have to go shopping, What a bummer! LOL
