This! I have a few people on my friends list who do intermittent fasting which is basically not eating for ages and using all your calories in one go (usually later in the day) works fine for them.
I as well have always eaten past 7:30pm. If I didn't I would be starrrving going to bed.
At my old job I used to work 6-10pm or 6-midnight. So on my break at 8-9pm I would always have food (usually a sandwich) - If I didn't eat throughout the shift, especially if it was 6 hours, I'd feel really dizzy because it was quite an active job. I'd also eat when I got home about an hour before I went to bed. Did me no harm in losing weight.0 -
I always eat after 7.30, especially if I'm working as well. I just try and have something light, at the moment it's a protein shake with flaxseed. Ususally a piece of fruit, yoghurt or carrot/celery sticks with hummus.
I think you just need to do what works for you. Its not the time of day that you eat, that affects your weight, it's the type of food ie high fat/calorie that you eat, that makes the difference.

That is a complete myth! I have always eaten later in the day and night and still had weight loss. As long as you're eating the right stuff and the right amounts you're fine. The only issue with eating late at night is some people experience digestion issues including heartburn, etc. If this doesn't happen to you than you're fine.0

I work till 5:00 p.m. most days (some OT). I rarely eat dinner, my biggest meal of the day, before 8:30 p.m. and sometimes not until 10:00. I usually go to bed around 11:00. I met my goal last April and have maintained it since (with a slight gain over the holidays, which I've now lost again).
Just worry about the total calories, unless you have reflux or something that would interupt your sleep if you eat late.0
