I'm curious if and what supplements everyone is using. Here is my list:

Pre-Workout - NO Xplode
Post Workout - Cellmass
Protein - Body Fortress (prefer chocolate, but strawberry was on sale this month)
Multi-Vitamin - Target brand (2x daily)
Fish Oil - Costco (3x daily)

    Mine are similar. I started using USP Labs Jack3d a few weeks ago for pre-workout energy. Highly recommend it. Also, I have been using ZMA for sleep the last week. So far it has been helpful.

    JackD doesn't give me the same kick that NO Xplod (or Black Powder) does. I still have some and will use it in a pinch, but I prefer something else. I don't use ZMA because you have to take it on an empty stomach (and I have a protein shake before bed). When I did use it, I had funky dreams and didn't notice a difference in the quality of sleep.

    Ya know you could save a shed load of money and spend it on the best anabolic and energy source there is, fresh nutritious food ;-)

    My supplements:

    Eggs
    Broccoli
    Spinach
    Fish/Poultry
    Wholegrains
    Fresh fruits

    IMHO ;-)
