After losing 18kgs, or 40lbs (depending what way you look at it), I finally decided to share my weight loss with my Facebook friends.

I posted a picture of my working progress, and was amazed!

Nearly 50 of my friends liked the photo, and heaps commented on it with lovely messages! Made me feel like a million dollars

I also had heaps of friends inbox me, text me and call me asking me HOW I did it. Of course I pointed them all straight to MFP!

A few have already joined, and more are in the process. It feels so good to motivate others!
