    I'm 40. I've been active my whole life but I've reached the stage when I'm eating the same, I'm exercising the same (gym 6 days a week; ride my horse every day)...and I'm putting on weight v slowly but surely.

    I've never been in this situation before, & I don't like it! Best to get cracking now while it's 7-10 lbs rather than wait til the problem gets worse.

    I am v surprised re how many calories there are in things, having never paid much attention to them before. It's going to be a steep learning curve!
