I need advice

Trying so hard to loose weight excercising and walking eating my calories but no loss since starting back on here two weeks ago. I know i have a thyroid problem but cant use that as an excuse. I lost 6lb when i first started just after christmas and the last two weeks nothing help desparate got daughters wedding in may.

    You maybe need to open up your diary so people can help advise you by seeing what you're eating etc. 2 weeks isn't really that long so I'm sure if you stick with eating healthy (logging everything) and doing some exercise then you should notice changes after a while.
