new to this

Hi I am pretty new to the group. I have always been into fitness. I love running and usually try to do a marathon a year with a pretty busy schedule. I am needing help with a diet plan to go along with my running. Last year I had ankle surgrey so I am just getting back into the hard core training and I have forgotten how hard it is. I want to loose weight and increase my time. I am having a hard time with sleeping and feeling very fatigue. My workouts are going great but I'm not really loosing any weight. Please help:)

    I'm sure you'll get lots of great advice on here! But one thing I've learned on MFP is that you have to eat back all of your exercise calories if you expect to lose weight. Don't cut too many calories or your body goes into starvation mode and holds onto all of the fat - which of course is the opposite of what you're trying to accomplish.

    What does your diet currently consist of?
