Ive only been on a 1200 calorie diet for three days and working out an hour a day. I cut out pop, fried foods and stick to fruits and veggies and am on a low fat diet. I am drinking green tea to be flushed out. WHY did I gain a pound and a half??? What is going on? Anyone else have this problem?

You gain because you dont eat enough.
Pump up the calories to 1600 then workout to make a deficit.
Youll lose weight and be able to hold onto some of your lean mass.
If you are around 5'5" pump up the calories to 1800.
Dont do low fat anything.
Calculate .45g-.60g per lean body weight...youll need to know your body fat%
And calculate 1g per lean body weight for protein.
You can find this information by googleing Fat To fit Radio Tools and using the military body fat calculator.
If you want to know how many calories to eat per day do the BMR tool as well.
Send me a PM if you need help and good luck!
