One class a week?

So I've started taking a body sculpt class at the YMCA.. And I'm wondering if taking one or two classes a week would be enough to see results? I've been "feeling" the class for 2 days now lol so it was definitely a good workout. Just wondering where to take things from here!

I would definitely supplement them with some cardio outside the classes. If you enjoy them, do them, but if it were me, I would do them the two days a week, and then run (or jog or walk or jumprope or whatever you like) at least 2-3 more days a week.0

I definitely still run-5 days a week (running is my number one lol I love it). I just want to see some muscle result as well. Want to have a stronger and more toned body to top off my running0
