Eating Exercise Calories

What calorie dense foods is everyone eating to use up their exercise calories that are not loaded with sugar and fat and high in protein?

    A few different things I eat:

    tuna with a few slices of avocado,-after weight training work out.
    some light string cheese at 50 calories
    2 to 3 slices of lite dietz and watson turkey breast -25 calories per slice
    and and a 160 calorie protein shake I get at Costco.

    One thing that I recognize really helps me is to not be hungry, this is where the string cheese and deli meat come in handy.
