30 days shred

Hi all, im new in here...I recently gave birth to my beautiful daughter 12 weeks ago. Im not breastfeeding, and i was weighting 125 pre-pregnancy. My weight went up to 170 during my pregnancy but im down to 140.. This is my 3rd day doing the 30 days shred by jillian.. This woman is kicking my butt...

Anyways just wanted to know if any of you have tried this excersice routine. :)

    I'm on day 21 and it is rough but stick with it! This with healthy eating habbits you will finish feeling very healthy and proud of yourself!
