Is anyone finding out that the workout smarter not harder is actually starting to mean something?
I can't remember the last gosh darn time I felt 100% I mean some days 70% sometimes 99% but never 100%

Is this a rant? Maybe

But I can tell you this. LEarning how to work with or around injuries is just as important as knowing how to eat and exercise.
Learning to listen to your body might be the best thing one can learn!
