30 years old needing to lose 35 more pounds

Hi I am Tonya. I recently started using the my fitness pal plan and so far I am pretty impressed. I just finished 4 months on Weight Watchers and have hit my plateau after losing 25 pounds and thought I needed to change up the way I am dieting therefore I join this plan. I just started doing cardio workouts three days ago and boy am I sore!!! Just thought i would introduce myself and get some much needed motivation from others using this plan. :wink:
