Almost black out after Back Extensions?

I do 3 sets of 10 Back Extensions on a hyperextension bench (without extra weight added) each week. After I finish each set, my head tingles and I go part way into a black out for about 10-15 seconds. Same thing happens after standing up from heavy leg presses. It is a little better if I breath deeply during and after the exercise. Is this normal?

    i've never done a back extension but, you're supposed to inhaling and exhaling in all your exercises. Even situps. Always exhale and inhale. When you exercise your body getsmore agitated and if you hold you breath then you're basically choking yourself.

    No - its not normal.
    Are you eating enough?
    Take a lucozade in with you and see if it happens whilst your sippling on that.
