30Day Shred and rotator injuries

Anybody done 30Day Shred who has shoulder problems? Most of the exercise programs like that are not good for me because of bad shoulder. I can't do P90X with all the pull up stuff. I glanced at 30DS and it didn't seem to have as much that would bother my shoulder. Anybody done it with bad rotator? What do you need to skip or avoid?
