Wanted: Help with learning/living with the proper foods wit

I've committed myself to working out at the gym every weekday morning: Freedom Trainer for shoulders & hips; MWF 45 minutes on treadmill; TTH crunch machines (forward & back), leg press, shoulder press, Eliptical. I also do Zumba 3 times a week.

I don't understand when it tells me I earned extra calories because of my exercise.

I don't know what foods I should add to my days, or change. What would really help me burn my belly fat?

Once I've been walked through, step by step, I feel I can be committed to being healthy, when I finally get it!

Any help in understanding how it all works would be greatly appreciated!
